Public Record Office Victoria (PROV) undertakes a series of regular reviews of our Recordkeeping Standards products as part of an ongoing Continuous Improvement Programme. Previously, consultation was conducted via website promotions during the review period only. Now specific feedback can be provided at any time on any of our products via form PRO 56 Standards and Policy Feedback Form, which is now available from our website: http://prov.vic.gov.au/government/send-us-your-feedback.

Completed Feedback Forms should be submitted to our email address at standards@prov.vic.gov.au

The form contains sections for the product name and number, as well as the section of the product and page number that the feedback concerns. This will help us to clearly identify which specific areas of our products need to be adjusted and why when revising our products.

For example, our Strategic Management Standard Review revealed that it was undertaken too soon for a number of agencies to provide effective feedback. As two years have now passed the situation may well be different. Rather than wait for the next Review to be announced, with the new feedback form an agency can provide feedback on Strategic Management Standard products as they experience them through implementing the Standard.
