If anyone has used the open source software 'ResourceSpace' to manage your digital photos and other files in your archives, I'd be interested to hear what you think of it - any problems you've had with it, any tips, suggestions etc. I'm having a play with it and so far it looks promising but I have a few concerns, especially regarding folders (or lack thereof). I work in a school but would be interested to hear from archivists working in any sectors.

At Hutchins we're examining our options for new resource management software. Looking at Omeka at the moment with the clever ones from our IT department - will get back to you when we've done some more work on it.
