I am working with Content Manager (TRIM) on both the PC version and the Webclient that can be used remotely and on a MAC and I think it's great.

I have not seen either of the software packages mentioned by Rose-Lee but have been considering different ideas for some time. I need something simpler than Archive Manager but allows me to have aliases and functions attached to agecy and Person with an easy interface.

I need help in this.

Does anyone know anything about DocsVault or elo software? have you used it? what is it - document or records software?

Interested to hear from those using Archive Virtual

I'm looking to switch from Archive Manager to Archive Virtual. I'm interested to hear from anyone who has done the same, are currently using Archive Virtual, or have trialled it.1. Is the interface user friendly?2. Is SDS offering reliable technical support?3. My IT manager has asked about their security and confidentiality - any feedback on that?4. AtoM Database: Linking Physical Locations

Hi, We are beginning our use of the AtoM database software and are looking at linking the physical locations to the records on the view page. We are finding this process difficult as the hierarchy does not conform to our needs and the taxonomies are somewhat confusing as to how it fits into the locations.
