Is there a way for the program to display/print a summary of the holdings within locations?

Hi Jessica,
In Archive Server, you can do this by going into Item & doing an advanced search with the attribute being "Location Name".
Do you mean exporting data out of the database ? I export into an excel spreadsheet if necessary as work with a relatively small collection ( approx 2000)
