Thank you Steve for the excellent discussion at the meeting at Loreto Mandeville last Thursday. At Genazzano we are in the process of updating our RDS and have referenced the above schedule.

It would be wonderful to have a professionally written update which included the footnoting of relevant legislation. Keeping in touch with new legislation requires an experienced and dedicated editor.

Louisa suggested the addition of notes stipulating the person responsible for a particular category of records within an organisation, and the inclusion of this responsibility in their position description.

Further detail would assist and might be suggested by experienced archivists.
