Its Annual General Meeting time again!
and also time to celebrate the career of one of our members, Alan Ventress, Director SRNSW, who has resigned from that position as of 14 September 2012.
The AGM starts at 5.30pm for refreshments, for a 6pm meeting.
We will present the annual reports of the Branch Office Bearers and Branch representatives, and elect a new Branch Committee for 2012-2013.

AGM Venue: Coles Room, Level 3, Macquarie Wing, State Library NSW.
After the AGM, at 7pm, we will walk across the road (Macquarie Street) to the Nippon Club and have Branch Dinner in honour of Alan Ventress.
We have 3 guest speakers including: Jenni Stapleton (Deputy Director, SRNSW), David Roberts (former Director SRNSW) & Christine Yeats (former Manager Public Access SRNSW), who will review and muse upon Alan's long career in the Mitchell Library and State Records NSW.
Alan will then take the opportunity to reply, and offer some thoughts upon his career and the issues he has dealt with!
Venue: International Nippon Australia & NZ Club (Japanese restaurant & bar), 229 Macquarie Street. Banquet Menu cost $35.
