As part of a re-organization of its back office systems, ASA Inc is investigating a cloud based solution for its digital recordkeeping requirements, using Google Apps Vault (GAV). Recently, the Society migrated its email hosting, file sharing and collaboration services to Google Apps for Business (GAB). Google claims that its Vault app provides an in-depth archiving system in the cloud for GAB services. You can find out more about GAV, at the following URL:
Are you looking for a Masters coursework project or just interested in learning about the cloud? The move to GAB provides a unique opportunity for one or more students to build a digital archiving project using GAV as a case study.
