Please join the South Australian School Archives Special Interest Group on a tour of the South Australian Police Historical Society archive and museum (including the vehicle and motorbike museum).

Staffed solely by eager and dedicated volunteers, the South Australian Police Historical Society curates a vast number of documents, photographs, historical equipment, and even motor vehicles. They are very proud to be the custodians of the Roy Harvey and John White police cap and badge collection, arguably one of the best in the world!

All of these collections are organised into visual displays depicting the role of police through the 19th, and 20th centuries, along with a glimpse into the complex world of 21st century policing.

Please view their website for further information. Event open to all archivists.
