This one day workshop will guide you through the critical steps to writing a Disaster Preparedness Plan. The workshop includes how to conduct a risk assessment for your collection, what you need to do to prepare before a disaster occurs and then outlines the steps in response and recovery phases.
The afternoon includes practical salvage techniques with a variety of objects to ensure that participants have the knowledge to undertake recovery procedures on their collections.
