The Queensland Branch of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Indexers Inc. (ANZSI) is offering a two part course on back-of-book indexing. Part two of the course aims to provide hands-on experience indexing a small publication using one of the commercially dedicated indexing software packages available. The course is designed to have a large practical component, but will also give a strong basis in the theory of indexing.

Who should attend
Anyone who wishes to extend their basic indexing training skills so they can move on to real world indexing. Note, no special subject knowledge is required, but an understanding of basic indexing principles (equivalent to that presented in Book Indexing Part I) is assumed.
