This webinar was held on 14 July 2020 as a chance for archive professionals to hear more about The National Archives' re-opening plans from an organisational perspective. To find out instead about the visitor experience, please visit our website: https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/a... While each archive service must be guided by the specifics of their own location, size and shared facilities, we understand the sector’s interest in knowing more about our plans at The National Archives. This webinar therefore aims to explain our thought processes and to answer questions from the sector about re-opening The National Archives with a risk-managed approach. The webinar includes a series of 10-minute presentations relating to operations, document services and conservation at The National Archives, plus a presentation by Jo Terry, Head of Archives and Heritage at Staffordshire County Council. The webinar ends with a Q&A led by Emma Markiewicz, Head of Archive Sector Development at The National Archives. Please send any enquiries about this webinar to asd@nationalarchives.gov.uk
