Last year State Records of South Australia published the Information Management Strategy 2019-2022 and the Information Management Standard . They are progressively updating the supporting IM policy and other documentation with the aim to reduce the number of policies in the suite and to ensure that advice is current, clear to understand and easy to implement at the agency level.
They are seeking feedback on two new draft IM Standards:
- Minimum Recordkeeping Metadata Requirements – Standard (PDF)
- Managing Digital Records in Business and Records Applications – Standard (PDF)
