Open government, digital transformation and data geek, Pia Andrews and one of our most versatile, highly regarded and respected recordkeeping professionals, Barbara Reed will present “Barriers to Better: Reclaiming recordkeeping’s place in good digital government and governance”.
Pia and Barbara will discuss the potential for recordkeeping to be at the heart of putting the ‘good’ back into government and governance in an algorithmic and data-driven age, using Robodebt as an illustration of both the best and the worst of contemporary public service culture and practice.
