RIM Professionals Australasia Victoria Branch General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 2011/12 General Meeting of the Records and Information Management Professionals Australasia Victorian Branch will be held on Thursday 21 July 2011. The meeting will be held in the main Conference Room at the Public Record Office of Victoria, 99 Shiel Street, North Melbourne and will commence at 5pm sharp.

The closing date for acceptance of any motion of business not relating to the ordinary annual business of the Branch will be 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 14 July 2011. Please forward these to the Branch Secretary at [e-mail].

Appointment of Proxies

A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint one proxy.

Professional Members are entitled to vote and their vote may be given either personally or by proxy, provided that the Professional Member is presently a financial member. No person shall appoint a proxy who is not a financial Professional Member of the Association and entitled to vote as such. Please send proxy form requests to RIM Professionals Australasia National office at [e-mail].

Any instrument appointing a proxy, whether for a specified meeting or otherwise, must be in writing under the hand of the appointer. The proxy form must be deposited at the registered office of the Association not less than forty-eight hours before the time of holding the meeting at which it is to be used.
