Dear Colleagues,

The Geelong Heritage Centre celebrated the visit of our 100,000th visitor since opening in our new location at the Geelong Library & Heritage Centre just two years ago.

Students from St Mary's Primary School visited the Heritage Centre last Wednesday November 29th and were presented a selection of ten significant Australian History books suitable for primary school aged readers to make this special occasion.

As a comparison, prior to November 2015 and the opening of the new Geelong Library & Heritage Centre, our annual Reading Room visitation was 4,000 visitors.
