The Adelaide 2019 Program Committee is seeking submissions to deliver presentations, panels, or workshops on the theme Designing the Archive in the UNESCO Year of Indigenous Languages.

  • Have you involved the community in designing recordkeeping systems, your archival control system, or the physical space in which people engage with your archive?
  • How do you engage stakeholders in appraisal and description?
  • What innovations have you introduced into your archive?
  • How are you designing solutions for the preservation of structured data?
  • Are you using records or archives to preserve, revitalise or promote Indigenous languages?

The Program Committee is keen to receive proposals for presentations, panels, and workshops on how you are involving people in the design of your systems, programs and services, or how you are managing records of design. If you have creative ideas for different types of sessions you can submit these with your proposal.

Submissions for this joint Australian Society of Archivists (ASA), Archives and Records Association of New Zealand Te Huinga Mahara (ARANZ), the International Council on Archives (ICA) and the Pacific Regional Branch International Council on Archives (PARBICA) conference close 28 February 2019.
