ABC awarded runners up in AMIA short film comp

In Susan Kennedy's own words (from an RMAA list post today)

In June of this year AMIA (Association of Moving Image Archivists) announced a short film competition to mark AMIA’s 20th Anniversary as an association of people dedicated to preserving moving images.
The competition required a 3 minute (maximum) film to be made to highlight the importance of preserving our moving image heritage in an original, imaginative and engaging way. The winning film was screened at the AMIA 2010 Archival Screening Night, November 5, 2010 in Philadelphia, PA. The winning film and the runner up film are featured on the AMIA website.
ABC staff were thrilled to discover they had won runner up with their film ‘Get the Picture’.
