Applications invited for the 2014 Conference Bursary - Sharman Award
The Australian Society of Archivists is calling on members to apply for the Sharman Award, named in honour of Robert Charles (Bob) Sharman, colleague, foundation member and long serving supporter of the Society, in recognition of his significant contribution to the Australian Society of Archivists and the archival cause generally in Australia.
The Award will be in the form of financial assistance towards the cost of attending the 2014 ASA/ARANZ Conference in Christchurch, New Zealand and will consist of the conference registration fee and, where appropriate, a contribution towards airfares or other travel costs to and from the conference. The cost of accommodation is not included.
