*In 2012, the review of the Joint Statement of Knowledge for Recordkeeping Professionals precluded the conduct of accreditations falling due in 2012. At its 5 April 2013 meeting, ASA Council decided to extend accreditation of courses at Curtin, ECU and Monash until December 2014. The extension is intended to address provider concerns about changes to the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and to allow completion of work on the revised Joint Statement of Knowledge before further accreditation work is undertaken. See ASA Council Minutes for 5 April 2013. In response to a request from ECU, at the Council meeting of 15 August 2014, the ASA extended the accreditation of the existing approved courses in the School of Computer and Security Science for one year, prior to the introduction of a new course in December 2015. See ASA Council Minutes for 15 August 2014.

Currently, the ASA is working with RIMPA and ALIA on a joint accreditation framework. All courses listed above continue to be accredited by the ASA.
