The RSL WA Archivist has located this interesting 1932 article on Trove about the RSL's involvement in the "Miss Westralia" contest for "Wool Week" where contestants were required to make their costume entirely from wool! We would love to hear from anyone who has any additional information about this contest. Please follow the link to our Facebook page (and Like us while you are there if you can, we would be very grateful) : http://www.facebook.com/RSLLivingHistoryProject

Whilst not strictly about Wool Week or Miss Westralia, there's some great images from the Australian Wool Corporation from the National Archives of Australia collection in this images set from the 'Strike a Pose with Lee Lin Chin' exhibition.
