I have a JVC HR-S7600EU VHS Tape Recorder for sale, a "pro-sumer" VCR model that is a favourite for VHS preservation professionals across the world. The model is PAL-encoded and includes TBC (timebase corrector) with 2 mb of memory.
I originally bought the unit anticipating to use it for a digitisation project last year, which ended up being cancelled. It has never been used since arriving at my door, and has been stored in a dark, dry corner of my wardrobe for the past 18 months.
The unit was shipped from a professional VCR-reseller in Germany in 2019, and contains some light scuff-marks on the top and bottom. A non-original remote is included, however a power adaptor for the European type-c power plug is not. I have attached 3 photos of the top, front, and back of the unit to this post.
