Hello everyone - yet again! Any suggestions on how to store school newsletters that go out on "Mailchimp" to parents? Within these digital documents there are links to articles stored on the school internal network. Do we export these bulletins as a PDF and then add each link (expanded as the actual article) to this to store on our archives drive? Any ideas welcome. These newsletters are born digital so they will be kept in this format and stored digitally too :-)Thanks in advance!Barbara

This may come a little late but I would suggest you deposit them with the National edeposit. NED has been set up to collect and preserve digital publications including newsletters. You can designate the level of access to the newsletters and they will be available via Trove or the State Library of NSW catalogue.
