The University of Melbourne Baillieu Library has a fantastic collection of Middle Eastern Manuscripts, many of which are written in Arabic http://library.unimelb.edu.au/collections/special-collections/rare-... . The whole collection has been digitised, so you should be able to access them through the catalogue. Hope this is helpful!

The State Library of WA has a unique illuminated address presented to Governor Sir Gerald Smith in 1899 (I think). It is in Arabic on one side and a translation on the other with the names of all the men who signed it. See http://purl.slwa.wa.gov.au/slwa_b1678464_001 and http://purl.slwa.wa.gov.au/slwa_b1678464_009
