The South Australian Branch invites you to join us for a Dedication Service for Archives and those who work in them and use them.
The Service will be held in the historic Pilgrim Uniting Church in the heart of the City and will be followed by a presentation from Rev Dean Eland, who will speak on the topic of ‘Reading the Building’ in relation to the history and stories contained within the walls of Pilgrim Church. The morning will conclude with refreshments in the Church Hall at the rear.
The Service is an opportunity for us all to take time out at the start of 2019 to reflect on our day to day work, and to consider our roles within out communities and institutions.
Come and join South Australian members to dedicate the new year to the work of archives and our role in the community. The service is ecumenical, and will be presided over by Uniting Church South Australia clergy.
