Asset-intensive businesses such as construction, utilities and transportation present a unique set of knowledge challenges: professionally and geographically diverse workforces, the need to combine data and documentation in novel ways, an information lifecycle that can cross multiple organizational boundaries and last for decades, and the high financial and human cost of incorrect information. In this session, we will explore the information challenges and opportunities from 3 different organizations (Sydney Water, Sydney Metro, and Goodman).
